The unloading site knows the new window before the truck pulls up

Two people are standing at the dock asking where shipment 40218 is. That question lands on one number at planning, and the window you change reaches them on its own.

How it goes today

Where planning loses the day

  • Planning calls the driver, the driver can't pick up, and meanwhile the customer is calling planning.
  • Damage arrives as a photo on one planner's personal phone, where nobody else can reach it.
  • Where is my shipment is the most asked question of the day, and the answer sits in the same screen every time.
  • A changed window reaches the unloading site only once the truck is already at the gate.
The trip

From booking to settlement

Booking

A client books a shipment and gets the questions about the unloading address, the window and the contact on site.

Planning

Once the trip is set, the window and the trip number go out as a message to the contact at the unloading site.

On the road

If the window slips through traffic or a long wait at the previous address, the site hears it before anyone calls.

Delivery

On arrival the confirmation goes into the conversation, and a photo of the unloaded freight can go straight with it.

Settlement

If there's damage, the photo, the description and the time all sit with the trip number in that same thread.

What carriers do with it

Situations from an ordinary week

Damage report with a photo

Damage comes in as a photo with a short description and stays with the trip number, timestamp included.

Where is my shipment

The status change arrives through Zapier or a webhook and goes back to the unloading site as a message.

A window that moves

The moment planning changes the window, the new one reaches the contact for that trip.

One number for planning

Planners work in the same inbox, see who picked up a trip, and assign a conversation to a colleague.

Paperwork in the thread

A packing slip, a shot of the seal number or of the signed consignment note sits with the trip it belongs to.

Tomorrow's round

Customers with a fixed unloading day get their window the evening before, in a selection you build yourself.

Integrations

What your planning passes on

Your planning or your TMS passes a status change or a new window to Zapier or to an inbound webhook, and the flow sends the message with the trip number in it. A direct TMS connector doesn't exist, so that step runs through Zapier or a webhook you call yourself. To message a customer out of the blue you need their permission, and you record it on the contact. If your planning package isn't covered yet, say so. We fit around the system you plan in today and build that connection.

Price

What it costs

Automation and integrations are part of the Groei plan. Meta charges separately per conversation you start. Replies to a customer question within 24 hours are free today, and from 1 October 2026 the first 1,000 per number each month.

About WhatsApp for your transport business

Yes. That number moves to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, with your business name and your logo on it. Clients message the same number they always did.

The WhatsApp Business app on the phone keeps working, and up to 180 days of chat history comes along once.
