You have the right to have your personal data deleted from Tobachat — this falls under the 'right to erasure' (GDPR art. 17). Fill in your details below, or email directly to [email protected].

What happens after your request?

1. We confirm your request by email within 2 business days.
2. We delete your account, contacts, chat history and all associated data within 30 days.
3. Data subject to retention obligations (such as invoices for tax purposes) is kept anonymized for another 7 years, as required by law.
4. You will receive a final confirmation once everything has been erased.
