Does WhatsApp Business work on a Mac?

Yes. Use WhatsApp Web in Safari or Chrome, or install the WhatsApp app from the App Store and link it with the same QR code.

How many devices can I link?

Up to 4, on top of your phone. Everyone on them sees the same chats, and there's no way to tell who sent which reply.

Will WhatsApp Web keep working if I connect my number to Tobachat?

Your linked devices are logged out when you connect. You can link WhatsApp Web and the Mac app again afterwards, but WhatsApp for Windows stops working. Your team won't miss it: the inbox runs in the browser.

Open WhatsApp on your computer

Go to web.whatsapp.com, or launch the WhatsApp app for Windows or Mac. A QR code appears.

Find Linked devices

Open WhatsApp Business on your phone. Tap the three dots on Android, or Settings on an iPhone.

Tap Link a device

Confirm with your fingerprint, face or PIN if your phone asks.

Scan the code

Point your phone at the screen. Your chats load on the computer and stay there even when your phone is off.

You can link up to 4 devices to your phone. Open WhatsApp Business on that phone at least once every 14 days, or the linked devices won't stay connected.

WhatsApp Business on a computer

Not with the free app. You need your phone to link the laptop, and again at least every 14 days. Once linked, the laptop works with the phone switched off.
