Official Meta policies
Mandatory consent (opt-in)
Only send messages to contacts who have given explicit consent for messaging via WhatsApp.
Respect opt-outs
Tobachat automatically processes opt-out requests such as stop, stoppen and uitschrijven (Dutch for "stop" and "unsubscribe"). Make sure every campaign includes a clear opt-out option.
Prohibited practices
- Sending unsolicited messages.
- Promoting illegal products or services (see the Commerce Policy).
- Distributing misleading or fraudulent content.
Important warning
Violating these rules can lead to permanent blocking of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta. Tobachat has no influence over this decision and cannot restore blocked accounts.
