1. Submitting a request
Competent authorities can send a written, legally valid request to [email protected], stating the authority, the legal basis and the specific data requested.
2. How we assess it
We verify that the request comes from a competent authority and has a valid legal basis. We only provide data when the law or a legally valid order obliges us to do so.
3. What we provide
Only the data that is strictly necessary and proportionate for the stated purpose — nothing more.
4. Informing data subjects
We inform affected users about a request, unless the law or a valid order prohibits us from doing so.
